Does a metal building include a floor? Metal buildings do not include a built-in floor. The building is installed on your prepared surface, such as level ground, gravel, asphalt, or concrete. If you need a finished floor surface, a concrete slab is usually the best option to include in your plan.
Does my building include anchors and certification? Yes. We only install engineer-certified metal buildings and carports. Certified anchors are included and are matched to the foundation type, whether your building is installed on level ground, gravel, asphalt, or a concrete slab.
Can I customize size, colors, and layout? Yes. Metal buildings are highly customizable. You can choose the size, roof style, colors, side panels, roll-up doors, walk-in doors, windows, frame-outs, lean-tos, and more depending on the building style and use.
How long does installation take? Installation timing can vary based on building size, components, manufacturing schedule, weather, and site readiness. Once your order is placed and your site is confirmed ready, the manufacturer places your building on the install schedule. Most installs average around 2–4 weeks when the site is ready at the time of order.
