Rollup Doors

Rollup doors offer a compact design with minimal manual effort to operate. Rollup doors can be added to any building once the building side or end has been framed and closed with sheet metal.
Standard roll up doors come with an exterior latch which can be locked.
Available in 8 sizes!

*In most cases the building side leg height MUST be at least 1' taller than door height

Heavy Duty
Chain Hoist Doors

Chain Hoist Rollup Doors allow doors to be opened by a load chain without having to physically lift the weight of the door.

Chain Hoist doors come with an interior latch which can be locked.

Available in 9 sizes up to 14'x14'.

Please note these doors do not include automatic openers.

Overhead
Doors

Overhead Doors or "panel doors" open upward on a horizontal tract. Available in solid panels or add a panel of windows at the top of the door. Please note these doors do not include automatic openers. Aftermarket automatic opening systems can be purchased separately.

Changes the door framing from 90º square to a 45° angled frame.

Entry Doors

Add entry doors to your building for quick and easy access without sacrificing security.

Our entry doors consist of galvanized steel panels attached to a heavy-duty aluminum frame with an energy efficient insulated foam core.
Available in two sizes.

Choose between a solid style or upgrade with a FREE diamond window!

Examples of two entry style doors offered in sizes: 32"x72" and 36"x80". Add a free diamond window or choose a solid door option.

Windows are a great option to add ventilation and natural light to your building.
Available in two sizes and include heavy duty aluminum framing with screening.

frame outs

Frame Outs

Custom Frame Outs come in many shapes and sizes and are useful for a variety of purposes.
A custom frame out consists of adding a header which allows the standard 5' on center vertical framing to be eliminated thus creating customized openings.

Available in clear span openings as wide as 20'.

Squared 90º and 45° frame outs available.

Here are some examples and uses of custom frame outs.

Gable Vent

Add a vent to your gabled end of your building to help let out heat and moisure.

Foam Closure

Foam closure is a gap filler to help seal your building from pests and the elements. Fits snuggly between the framing and sheet metal edges filling the natural corrugated gaps at the ends of sheet metal.

Radiant Barrier
Insulation

Our double bubble foil sided radiant barrier can reduce radiant heat transfer in your building as well as reducing condensation.

Radiant barrier insulation works by reflecting surface heat that would otherwise transfer into your building. Our bubble foil has a double layer of polyethylene bubbles that acts as a natural thermal barrier to significantly reduce condensation and moisture build up.

It is important to understand that radiant barrier insulation has little to no "R-Value" as it is engineered to stop the transfer of heat. Thus, it works completely different than traditional insulations.

You can choose to have our radiant barrier insulation installed on all walls and ceiling, select walls or just the ceiling.

Anchors

Securing your metal building, carport or RV cover is integral to our mission and engineering standards.

When you purchase your building with us, we automatically include the correct type and quantity of engineer certified anchors for your building.
The correct type and quantity of certified anchors is one of the main factors maintaining our certified wind ratings.

You should always know what type of anchors and how many will be used when you purchase your metal building.
We do NOT install Non-Certified buildings.

We use certified mobile home or auger anchors for ground, gravel, rock or asphalt foundations and certified concrete expansion bolts for concrete slab foundations.
There is no need for the customer to pre-drill or pre-install anchor fittings. Our crews handle anchoring the structure during your building installation.
