Standard installation is included on a clear, accessible, and properly prepared level site using an approved foundation for the building ordered.

The customer is responsible for site preparation, grading, leveling, foundation work, clearing obstacles, and providing safe installation access unless those services are specifically included in the quote.
Buildings with a clear span of 31' or wider require installation on concrete or approved concrete runners.

The installation area should be free of obstructions with approximately 2–3 feet of working clearance around the building. Building manufacturer may also require clear site photographs and, for buildings installed on concrete, slab measurements before installation can be scheduled.

Some larger or taller buildings require a telescopic lift/telehandler and may require additional lift equipment. If your building falls within those requirements, available lift arrangements and any related cost will be reviewed before installation.
Permit, setback, HOA, utility, and property requirements vary by location.

The customer is responsible for confirming and obtaining any required permits, site plans, approvals, or permissions before installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should confirm that the selected building size, height, door openings, and placement work for their intended vehicles or equipment, property access, setbacks, and available installation area.

Before installation, the customer is responsible for identifying underground and overhead utilities, including electrical, gas, water, and other lines or obstacles that could affect installation.

The installation site must be accessible and free of obstructions. Ground conditions can also affect anchoring; if the site conditions will not accept the specified anchors, additional or alternative anchoring may be required.

10-year limited warranty on 14-gauge framing and sheet metal
