Front Porch Cabin
The Front Porch Cabin is the traditional cabin look - porch up front, clean lines, and a wide-open interior that works for a ton of different floorplans. It's a great fit for narrow lots where you have more depth to work with, and it keeps the entry straightforward and welcoming.
Want more porch space? The front porch can be upgraded to 6' deep. And like every cabin layout we offer, it's fully customizable - electrical, wall framing, spray insulation options, and more.

Side Porch Cabin
Side Porch Cabins give you a layout that's perfect for when your property has the width for a side entry. The porch placement helps create dedicated interior spaces that are easy to divide up for specific use - sleeping area, living area, kitchenette, or storage.
You've got two porch placement options:

Center Side Porch - great for long sites and true side-entry feel.

Corner Side Porch - gives you a side porch entry while still working with narrow lots.
Porch length is adjustable up to 12', rails can be customized and you can still get the full range of customization.

Deluxe Porch Cabin
The Deluxe Porch Cabin is made for folks that truly enjoy porch time. With a wrapped inset front porch, you get a larger porch feel and more upgraded look right from the start.
Inside, this layout naturally creates a cozy interior nook, great for a sitting area or kitchenettes. The entry can be adjusted to the right or left side and full customizations available.

Platinum Cabin Upgrade
Available on all cabin layouts
If you want an even more polished finish with a porch that really stands out, the Platinum Upgrade is the way to do it. This package gives you a high-end look while keeping the porch layout you choose - Front, Side, or Deluxe.
