Our Utility sheds feature a classic gabled roof line and tall wall height, making them one of our most popular models. Whether you need a space for tool storage, garden supplies, a workshop, she-shed, mancave, home office, or gym, our Utility sheds have got you covered! And with sizes available up to 16'x50', and available custom options the Utility is the perfect bones for a converted building of any kind!

8' wide buildings include one 48" wide shop door.

10' and wider buildings include one double 72" wide shop door.

8' wall height (exterior measurements).

All treated lumber includes a Lifetime warranty against fungal rot and decay.

10' and wider buildings include 2x6 floor joists. 8' wide and all horizontal metal buildings include 2x4 floor joists.

8' and 10' wide buildings are built on two pressure treated notched skids. 12' and wider buildings are built on four pressure treated notched skids.

16" On Center studs with double top plate.

5/8" Tongue and groove coated shed flooring treated to resist moisture.

Standard features apply to both the Utility and Side Utility model.

The difference between the Utility and Side Utility model is the location of door. The Utility model will have a door on the shorter end wall. The Side Utility model will have a door on the long side of the building.

Our Utility and Side Utility Sheds come in a large variety of sizes to suite your space and storage needs.

We offer sizes as small as 8' x 12' up to as large as 16' x 50'.

Widths available: 8', 10', 12', 14' and 16'

Lengths: Starting at 10' long and increase in 2' increments.

Wood Siding:

Standard Vertical LP SmartSide Siding - 5/50 yr. limited warranty
Upgrade: LP SmartSide Lap Siding - 5/50 yr. limited warranty
Upgrade: LP SmartSide Board and Batton Siding - 5/50 yr. limited warranty

LP SmartSide 5/50 year limited warranty is a standard siding on all of our wood sided buildings. Treated wit SmartGaurd to resist fungus, mold and termites.

Metal Siding:

Horizontal Metal - 29 gauge ribbed sheet metal (limited to size 12' x 24')
Z-Metal (vertical) - 29 gauge ribbed sheet metal installed vertically with engineered osb backing.

*All sheet metal includes an Energy Star rated polymer coating to withstand moisture and environmental hazards.

Roof Options

Our storage sheds, cabins and recreational buildings come with the choice of either vertical metal roofs or shingles (with the exception of the metro series and Best Value Metal Utility Sheds)
